1. PLACE AN ORDER
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
Collecting artwork on Dale Art Heritage is easy. If you know what you are looking for, use the specific artworks links, in ‘ATELIER’, otherwise for a wider view you can visit the section ‘COLLECTION’. Once you have found an item in the section ‘ATELIER’, select it and click the button ‘COLLECT ARTWORK’. You can review the items in your cart by selecting the ‘Shopping Bag’ link at the top right of the page. From the ‘Shopping Bag’ you can directly edit product details, remove them in case you’ve changed your mind or add products to your Wish List. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
BILLING AND SHIPPING
Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order to be shipped.
PURCHASE SUMMARY
After you complete the billing details, you will find in the ‘BASKET TOTALS’ a summary of the items you are purchasing and the order total. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete the checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the checkout is completed, in the order confirmation page you will find all the details regarding your order, including billing and shipping address, payment method selected, a summary of your order and the total amount of it. You will receive an order confirmation email, which it will include an order number that you can use to track your order in ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details.
2. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Before placing an order, we suggest you check the artwork selected and the total amount of your cart.
Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it in any way.
3. VALID PAYMENT METHODS
Dale Art Heritage accepts the following methods of payment:

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once the order has been placed on the website www.daleartheritage.com, it is not possible to cancel, modify, return or ask the refund for it in any way.
It is possible to make a return and get a refund ONLY in the case of damaged products or if the items do not comply the requirements of the order.
Dale Art Heritage will refund the purchase price of the artwork that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.
You must inform Dale Art Heritage of your intention to return the artwork within 14 days of the date of delivery sending an email to info@daleartheritage.com. You can use the free return label provided with each shipment to return your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Dale Art Heritage reserves the right to refuse return of any artwork that does not meet the above return requirements at Dale Art Heritage’s sole discretion.
5. DELIVERY
Products are shipped by verified couriers from Dale Art Heritage.
A product tracking service is active for all shipments.
To view the status of your order, simply enter the tracking number, indicated in the email of the shipment, in the appropriate section of the courier’s website.
Before placing the order, the customer is required to carefully check the shipping address information (name, surname, address, street number, post code, telephone number and email address), because in case of incorrect information the shipment may not be delivered with the consequent charge of any additional costs (return and product storage) for the customer.
As soon as you have received the package, we invite you to check that:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
- the packaging is intact, the artwork is not altered or wet, and the closing strips are intact.
Any disputes must be notified immediately to the courier who makes the delivery.
In case of deliveries taken charge of third parties (with signature authorized by the final recipient), Dale Art Heritage will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the shipment to the final recipient.
DELIVERY COST
The cost of the shipping depends on the destination and the weight / volume of the package. The customer has a complete overview of the delivery cost before confirming the order.
DELIVERY DATE
Italy: delivery takes place within 3-5 working days from the date of the order registration. Any delivery delays can be caused by malfunctions of the courier service, holidays and the impossibility of verifying the payment. If the artwork have not been received after 10 working days, please contact the address info@daleartheritage.com.
Other countries: delivery date depends on courier’s availability to reach out to your specific country. We try to provide the best service though different partnerships with couriers all over the world. PRIVACY POLICY
With this privacy policy (hereafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”), which refers to the site DaleArtHeritage.com (hereafter referred to as the “Store Site”), as autonomous Data Controller, is intended to provide users with information about the data controllers, the personal information collected through the Store Site, the purposes of the processing, the means by which such information is processed, the third parties involved in the processing, the security measures adopted to protect and safeguard the data collected, and the means through which the user can verify the processing of data concerning him/her and exercise the rights granted to him/her by EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereafter referred to as “GDPR”) and other applicable laws. 1. TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED
PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
Dale Art Heritage collect and process personal data that the user provide voluntarily when interacting with the functionalities and services of the Store Site, for example in the case of requests for information. In the sections of the Store Site where the user’s personal data are collected, information notices are published pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation n. 2016/679 and applicable laws.
BROWSING DATA – COOKIES
When you visit and view the Store Site, Dale Art Heritage generally collects browsing data using cookies or other tracking technologies. The technological platform through which the Store Site is made available to the user automatically records some browsing data – the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols – such as the name of the internet access provider, the site of origin, pages visited, date and duration of the visit, etc. Such information allows access to the Store Site as well as the use of certain services and may be used anonymously and aggregated for statistical purposes and to verify the proper functioning of the Store Site.
2. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Dale Art Heritage processes the user’s data for the following purposes:

Except as already stated above for browsing data, specific indications about the duration of data retention are contained in the information notice published in the sections of the Store Site pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR and other applicable laws.
4. PROCESSING METHODS
The user’s personal data are processed by computer and telematic methods, mainly by electronic and automated means. In accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws, specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.
5. PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE PROCESSING
The user’s personal data are processed by employees and collaborators of the Controller as persons authorized to the processing in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
The data may be disclosed to third parties such as professionals, consultants and more generally third parties who cooperate with Dale Art Heritage for the pursuit of the above purposes, or third parties who have been entrusted with activities in outsourcing.
In any case, Dale Art Heritage undertakes to provide such third parties only with the data necessary to carry out the functions and activities entrusted to them; they also undertake to do their utmost to ensure that third parties use the data received only for the purposes indicated by Dale Art Heritage and in compliance with the applicable regulations on the processing of personal data.
The user’s personal data may also be disclosed to third party companies in the event of mergers or demergers, acquisitions, sale of a business or branch of a business or other corporate operations of an extraordinary nature. The user’s personal data may also be disclosed to legitimate recipients in accordance with the law or regulations, for example in the event of requests by the competent public authorities and judicial authorities or, more generally, in the context of judicial proceedings, as well as to protect and defend the Store Site and the rights of Dale Art Heritage. 6. USERS' RIGHTS
According to the laws in force, at any time, it is possible to request information on personal data collected, used, disclosed or processed by the Data Controllers, as well as request access to such personal data, request its integration, rectification or cancellation, request it the limitation to processing in the cases provided by art. 18 of the GDPR and oppose their treatment. In particular, the user has the right to oppose and withdraw, in whole or in part, his consent to the collection, use, communication or processing of his personal data for profiling purposes or for sending advertising material, direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Furthermore, the user will have the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to the Data Processors, in a structured format, commonly used and mechanically readable and to transmit them to another holder without impediments on the part.
The processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means. Finally, the user has the right to complain with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State in which he/she resides or works or in the State in which the alleged violation has occurred.
7. SECURITY
We place great importance on the security of all personal data associated with our users. We have adopted security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. For the best possible protection of users’ personal data outside the limits of our control, the device should be protected (such as by updated antivirus systems) and internet service provider should take appropriate measures for the security of network data transmission (such as, for example, firewalls and anti-spam filtering).
While we take reasonable steps to protect users’ personal data, we cannot guarantee that the personal data disclosed to us will be 100% secure, nor that any data breach will not occur.
Users accept the inherent security implications of dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold Dale Art Heritage responsible for any data breach unless it is due to our negligence.
